    Your goals are the first thing we consider when we begin the buying process. Do you commute or work from home? What do you need to be close to: schools, shops, recreation? How  long do you plan to live in this home? Are you looking to find the best deal that may need improvements or do you want a move in ready home? Before we focus on the square footage and the number of bedrooms, we listen to your needs, and only then do we begin to search for the right home.

  3. Prepare you to buy…
    Many of our buyers come to us with financing already in place, but if you haven’t decided on a lender, we’ll recommend some of the best professionals in the area to help you secure a loan. At this point, we’ll also integrate your immediate and long-term needs into the process. How long can you wait to find the right home? Do you need any help relocating? What services will you need before and after you move in? We’ll address all of your needs as we begin the home buying process.

  5. Choose the right Neighborhood…
    Westlake offers something for everyone. Are you looking to live on or close to the lake with water access? How about a gated community? Specific schools? Neighborhood park or pool? We’ll listen to your needs and find the neighborhood and the home that best suits your unique lifestyle, finding a balance between the surrounding area and the home itself. We’ll also evaluate the right price point, looking not only for a home you can afford, but also for a home that affords the lifestyle you want.

  7. Find the right home
    Once we begin the search, we’ll reach out to our network of Westlake agents to see if they have any currently available or soon-to-be-listed properties that match your needs. All too often, Westlake properties are bought as soon as they hit the market, and our close ties with area agents can be the key to getting you in the right home – even one that hasn’t been listed.
